After all the Christmas food we’ve had

After all the Christmas food we’ve had, going back to the usual habits is a good thing and I decided to give you a little help on the way back.

All you have to do now is to imagine a slice or two of succulent meat in the composition and a delicious sauce with the spaghetti plus a couple of ingredients that you like – if you like.

  1. I froze the remaining pork and made a bowl of pasta with puttanesca sauce tonight. Must be universal.

  3. What neat photos! I especially like the last photo which show the rough character of the carrots. Wonderful with the black backdrop. We have been eating sensibly and healthly for this holiday season for a difference and change.

    Anna: Thank you! I felt that something rough was needed in the composition to make it better balanced so I took what I had in the refrigerator and the best I could come up with happened to be two carrots. Revising traditions is probably a good thing, especially when it comes to food. 😉
