My words, thoughts and photos from a Swedish perspective

Church window

Kyrkfönster

Window from Stockholm’s Cathedral parish church, Saint Nicholas’s Church. Its formal name is seldom used. We refer to it as “Storkyrkan” (the main church). I don’t know how long this name has been used, but it once was a village church, first mentioned in 1279, in what would become a city named Stockholm.
